The United States Health Information Knowledgebase (USHIK) is an on-line, publicly accessible registry and repository of healthcare-related metadata,
specifications, and standards. USHIK is funded and directed by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) with management support and engagement from numerous public and private partners.
The Meaningful Use portal contains specifications, artifacts, downloads, search tools, and other resources for Meaningful Use, including Clinical Quality Measures, Value Sets, and Objectives for Stage 1 and Stage 2.
All-Payer Claims Databases
USHIK's APCD portal contains APCD File Submission Specifications from 13 states.
Several of these states contain multiple versions of their file specifications allowing a stakeholder to compare the changes that have occurred over time.

Draft Clinical Quality Measures
The Draft Measures portal in USHIK contains Clinical Quality Measures that are being made available to the public for feedback. All feedback is submitted to CMS for review.
