Definition:The measured, assessed or perceived health and wellbeing of a PARTY (usually a PERSON) recorded in aggregate (e.g. the total wellbeing of a PARTY) or component terms (e.g. a diagnosed illness). For example, SF-36 instrument of health status measurement, an illness diagnosis, an injury, enough money to buy food, ability to look after oneself. The STATE OF HEALTH AND WELLBEING NG entity replaces the STATE OF WELLBEING entity in Version 1.0 of the National Health Information Model.
