Abnormal screen follow-up details: Care after an abnormal screen is usually dependent on the precise clinical scenario. There should be a method to flag the result of a screening test as abnormal and in need of follow-up until follow-up is completed. Ideally the system would support comprehensive follow-up management and tracking, even when a variety of providers become involved.
