The value reported for this field should be consistent with the value reported in ME104 ("Member Last Name") in the eligibility file. This field will be rendered non-recoverable through the use of a one-way hashing algorithm prior to transmission to Onpoint. Upon receipt by Onpoint, this field will be a text field with a length of 128. Use this field to report the member's last name.
